Wiggy's Paint
No clear yet. still have to
put a few coats of clear and sand a bit. maybe touch up some things and
add the middle fairings to the theme...The graphics are a little smaller than
I was imagining, but I still like it..it's one of a kind for sure. The
original idea was to pull the metal back and you see what's inside,
interrupting a mundane pattern. Kinda distressing the metal.
It actually makes a little more sense this way, peeling the metal back and
seeing what's underneath, with the deep purple being painted "over"
the neat paint. I wanted to incorporate several techniques, and he has
some striping, some airbrushing, some ghosting, some pattern and stippling on
there too. IF you can tell, there's a ghost buffalo with feathers on top
on the rear, an Indian hunting buffalo ghosted on the tanks and not pictured
is the front fender--just the paint scheme with some feathers and a little
striping on top.
